FAQs
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
In the Remy app, open Settings β Report a Problem. Choose bug or feature request, describe the issue, attach screenshots, and tap Submit. If you canβt sign in, email support@remycare.org.
How do I restore a purchase or manage my subscription?
Open Settings, tap your Remy Pro / subscription card, then Upgrade and choose Restore Purchases if needed. Manage billing in your Apple ID β Subscriptions. If something still looks wrong, email us with your Apple ID email (no passwords).
How do I delete my account or request my data?
In the Remy app, open Settings β Data Controls β Delete Account. To export a summary of your data, use Settings β Remy Report. See our Privacy Policy for details on data requests. For formal privacy requests beyond the in-app options, email support@remycare.org from the address on your account.
How do I invite a companion or caregiver?
In the Remy app (on your own profile), open Settings β Manage Companions and share an invite link. Remy Pro is required to invite companions.
How do I switch between myself and someone Iβm supporting?
Tap your profile pill at the top of Today, Goals, or Calendar, then choose You or the person you support.
How do I set my default calendars (for myself)?
On You, open Settings β Calendars. Use the checkboxes to choose which Apple calendars to show. Under Default for New Events, pick where new events start (defaults to Remy; you can choose an Apple calendar synced to this device). These preferences are saved for your account on this device.
As a companion, how do I choose which calendars I see for each person?
Switch to the person you support, then open Companion Settings β Calendars. Their Remy schedule always stays visible. The checkboxes only control which of your device calendars show alongside theirs. Remy saves this overlay set per person you support β so Mom and Dad can have different view calendars.
As a companion, how do I set where new events go for each person?
While supporting someone, open Companion Settings β Calendars β Default for New Events. Choose Remy to save to their Remy cloud, or pick one of your writable Apple calendars. This default is saved per person you support, separate from your own (You) defaults. You can still change the calendar on any single event when creating it.
Do you collect personal data?
We collect only what is needed to run the app and improve it. Read the full Privacy Policy.
Is Remy accessible?
We aim to support VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, and high contrast. If something is hard to use, report it via Settings β Report a Problem (screenshots help).
I am a companion / caregiver β where do I get help?
While supporting someone, open the profile menu β Companion Settings for alerts, calendars, and appearance. To stop supporting them: Companion Settings β Stop Supporting. To report a bug, delete your own account, or export your data, switch back to You in the profile menu first, then use Settings. Still stuck? Email support@remycare.org and say youβre a companion.
