Using Remy

These terms apply when you use the Remy Today iOS app, home screen widget, and related pages on remycare.org (such as sign-in and account confirmation). Remy Care is operated from the United States. By using Remy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your account and how you use Remy. Please:

• Keep your sign-in credentials secure
• Only invite companions you trust to view or help manage your schedule
• Do not misuse, abuse, or try to disrupt the service

Remy is a brain-health and daily-planning companion. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have medical questions, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Subscriptions & Ownership

Remy Pro and related subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment and refunds are handled by Apple under their policies. The Remy name, logo, and app content belong to Remy Care. You may use Remy for personal, non-commercial use as intended by the app.
